The next day, someone else has written back to her on the desk! Soon enough Lily and the mystery student are exchanging notes, and lyrics, and even sharing secrets. When Lily finds out that her anonymous pen pal is a guy, she's flustered -- and kind of feels like she's falling for him. Now that Lily knows the truth, can she untangle her feelings and gather the courage to listen to her heart?

My Review
How does Kasie West do it, seriously. Everytime I think she can't possibly write a better book than her last one, she does! Kasie West is one of my all time favorites and she never disappoints! The love triangle in this book was one of the things I loved most in this book. Lily is such a fun, quite and a little bit sassy character to read about. Lily is a girl with big dreams, she wants to be a musican but she's afraid to share her song's with the world, or anyone. Lily also hates chemistry and that's how she meets her new friend, who happens to be a boy. Lily thinks it might be the boy she has had a crush on for a long time, but what if it isn't, and she starts falling for this new boy, and so the love triangle begins. Lily and her best friend try to solve the mystery, which adds a lot of adventure to the book! This is one of my favorite reads of the year and one of my all time favorite contempories/romance books! When you don't have a book to read a Kasie West book is the perfect choice.

Two Summers- Book Review
"ONE SUMMER in the French countryside, among sun-kissed fields of lavender . . . ANOTHER SUMMER in upstate New York, along familiar roads that lead to surprises . . . When Summer Everett makes a split-second decision, her summer divides into two parallel worlds. In one, she travels to France, where she’s dreamed of going: a land of chocolate croissants, handsome boys, and art museums. In the other, she remains home, in her ordinary suburb, where she expects her ordinary life to continue — but nothing is as it seems. In both summers, she will fall in love and discover new sides of herself. What may break her, though, is a terrible family secret, one she can't hide from anywhere. In the end, it may just be the truth she needs the most. From New York Times bestselling author Aimee Friedman comes an irresistible, inventive novel that takes readers around the world and back again, and asks us what matters more: the journey or the destination.

My Review:
Two Summers was the perfect summer read! You basically get two stories in one book, one story is in France and one story is in New York! Personally I enjoyed the story when Summer (The main character) was in France over when she was in New York. The "France story" had a ton of adventure,
mystery, and romance! If your worried you will get confused on where Summer is don't worry, the author did a amazing job of letting you know which place Summer was in! I didn't get confused once! I am giving the "France story" 5 stars and I am giving the "New York story" 4 stars! It is the perfect book to finish your summer off with! I really enjoyed seeing the different perspectives of Summer depending on where she was! I really enjoyed this book, it was such a fun, delightful read! Summer was such a fun, sassy young character that I loved reading about! One of my favorite things in both stories was the mystery in each one! It was hard to put down! In the ending was such a suprise and super cute! This is a must read in summer!

Insurgent- Book Review
Insurgent- Book Review

Veronica Roth
Katherine Tegen Books
Synopsis from Goodreads:
"One choice can transform you—or it can destroy you. But every choice has consequences, and as unrest surges in the factions all around her, Tris Prior must continue trying to save those she loves—and herself—while grappling with haunting questions of grief and forgiveness, identity and loyalty, politics and love.Tris's initiation day should have been marked by celebration and victory with her chosen faction; instead, the day ended with unspeakable horrors. War now looms as conflict between the factions and their ideologies grows. And in times of war, sides must be chosen, secrets will emerge, and choices will become even more irrevocable—and even more powerful. Transformed by her own decisions but also by haunting grief and guilt, radical new discoveries, and shifting relationships, Tris must fully embrace her Divergence, even if she does not know what she may lose by doing so.New York Times bestselling author Veronica Roth's much-anticipated second book of the dystopian DIVERGENT series is another intoxicating thrill ride of a story, rich with hallmark twists, heartbreaks, romance, and powerful insights about human nature."
My Review:
The Divergent series is one of my all time favorite series ever! All of the books are wonderful but I will admit Insurgent is my least favorite of the three. I loved getting to see more of Four, Tris, Peter, Caleb, Christina and all the other characters again! This book was full of action, adventure, and mystery. Just when you think you know what is going to happen there is a plot twist! Insurgent is packed with action, adventure, secerts, supsence. This sequel to Divergent will keep you reading all night. With Tris and Four planning something big which could change everything. One little mistake could ruin everything but it's worth the risk. Tris needs to decide who to trust and who is on her side. Tris doesn't realize all that she is capable of and what she could do.
The only negitive thing I would have to say about this book was I didn't feel like you could connect to Tris and Four in this book mostly because it felt like they were fighting the whole time and couldn't trust each other.
This book is full of new ideas, dreams, and choices. Faction over Blood? Who can I really trust? Is it worth it?
This series is a must read for all dystopian lovers!

Synopsis from Goodreads:
"As Princess of Wonderland Palace and the future Queen of Hearts, Dinah’s days are an endless monotony of tea, tarts, and a stream of vicious humiliations at the hands of her father, the King of Hearts. The only highlight of her days is visiting Wardley, her childhood best friend, the future Knave of Hearts — and the love of her life.
When an enchanting stranger arrives at the Palace, Dinah watches as everything she’s ever wanted threatens to crumble. As her coronation date approaches, a series of suspicious and bloody events suggests that something sinister stirs in the whimsical halls of Wonderland. It’s up to Dinah to unravel the mysteries that lurk both inside and under the Palace before she loses her own head to a clever and faceless foe.
Part epic fantasy, part twisted fairy tale, this dazzling saga will have readers shivering as Dinahs furious nature sweeps Wonderland up in the maelstrom of her wrath.
Familiar characters such as Cheshire, the White Rabbit, and the Mad Hatter make their appearance, enchanting readers with this new, dark take on Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland."

- All the new charcacters you never really got to see in Alice in Wonderland
- Can you tell I really, really loved the characters?

- The suspense, although it also killed me! And the touches of mystery!
- The ADVENTURE!!! This story was 100% full of adventure and once you start you will not want to put it down!
- This book was practicly perfect! I loved every single thing!
Things I didn't love
- Umm, nothing!

Synopsis*:
My disease is as rare as it is famous. Basically, I’m allergic to the world. I don’t leave my house,
have not left my house in
seventeen years. The only people I ever see are my mom and my nurse, Carla.
But then one day, a moving truck arrives next door. I look out my window, and I see him. He's tall,
lean and wearing all
black—black T-shirt, black jeans, black sneakers, and a black knit cap that covers his hair completely.
He catches me looking
and stares at me. I stare right back. His name is Olly.
Maybe we can’t predict the future, but we can predict some things. For example, I am certainly
going to fall in love with Olly.
It’s almost certainly going to be a disaster.
* I did not write this synopsis, I got it from Amazon, it belongs to the publisher, author/ rightful owner.
My Thoughts
Things I loved in this book-
• Olly and Maddy
• Carla
• Maddy's Personality
• The doodles and drawings in this book
• The Cover
• The Storyline
• The hint of mystery and suspense
Things I didn't love-
• Maddy's Mom in this book kind of annoyed me
• Olly's Father
• The fact I almost cried
• Pages 234-237 (you'll know what I mean when you get there)
• The ending
My Review
I gave Nicolas Yoon's Everything, Everything 4.25/5 stars. I docked 3/4 a star because I didn't really
like 2 of the characters
(see above), they just weren't my favorite to read. I also didn't love the ending, it didn't feel complete
to me and now I really
want a sequel. I loved everything, everything about Carla, Maddy, and Olly! They were my top 3
favorite characters for sure!
Okay, can we could stare at the cover with hearts in our eyes for a minute because let's be honest, it's
gorgeous! I finished this
book in less than a day, I needed to know what happened and what the ending was going to be! Maddy,
oh how I loved her, she
was bold, brave and when she wanted to do something, she did it. One of my favorite things in this
whole book was the doodles/
drawings! They were super cute and you never get to see them in teen/ya book anymore! Everything,
everything, is everything,
everything I hoped it would be!

My Lady Jane Book Review
Synopsis*:
"The comical, fantastical, romantical, (not) entirely true story of Lady Jane Grey. In My Lady Jane, coauthors Cynthia Hand, Brodi Ashton, and Jodi Meadows have created a one-of-a-kind fantasy in the tradition of The Princess Bride, featuring a reluctant king, an even more reluctant queen, a noble steed, and only a passing resemblance to actual history—because sometimes history needs a little help.
At sixteen, Lady Jane Grey is about to be married off to a stranger and caught up in a conspiracy to rob her cousin, King Edward, of his throne. But those trifling problems aren’t for Jane to worry about. Jane gets to be Queen of England.
Like that could go wrong."
* I did not write this synopsis, I got it from Amazon, It belongs to the publisher, author/ rightful owner!
My Thoughts:
Things I loved in this book:
- Edian Magic
- Lady Jane, shes quite the awesome character! Along with all the other characters in this book.
- Good vs Evil
- Jane and Gifford (G)
- It's really funny!
- The Plot
- The Ending!
Things I didn't Love in this book
- Nothing!!
My Review:
I love this book to England, then to the bookstore and back! I can't even describe to you how much I really, really loved and enjoyed this book. I loved the strong female lead character ( Lady Jane) she's stubborn, determined, brave, smart, kind, and best of all, a BOOKWORM! She becomes Queen (even though she doesn't want to) because Edward the King, the person who she is closest to out of her family, is sick, dying to be exact. Lady Jane manages to get married and become Queen in about 24 give or take a little. In England there are Edians, people who change from human form to animal. The animal they turn into is what I would call their sprit animal. I loved having this element of magic in the book! It made the story a whole lot more interesting! All of the characters in this book, even the not so nice ones, I loved! One more thing you need to know about this book before you read it, because you really need to, and you should, and you will, because I told you to, is it's hilarious! Like I was laughing a ton in this book! I bow down to Cynthia Hand, Brodi Ashton, and Jodi Meadows for writing this wonderful, amazing book! I'm hoping their will be a sequel in store!

All the fans want to see Graham and his co-star Olivia together, not Graham and Ellie O’Neal small town girl from Maine. Graham and Ellie will have to decide to listen to their head or their hearts and what they will learn in the process.
My Review:
This book was everything I hoped it would be. It was so cute and just an all round enjoyable read. It reminded me kind of a modern Cinderella retelling without the evil step-sisters and step-mother. I totally shipped Graham and Ellie from the beginning. The only thing I didn’t like about this book was it was easy to predict the ending of the story. I loved all (but one) of the characters in this book, especially Ellie! She is so strong willed, adventurous, determined, and fun! Ellie’s mom is quite different from her which makes the story interesting, she is very cautious, hates attention, and does not like Graham. I loved reading this book. Jennifer E. Smith always writes wonderfully and makes everything interesting!

I received a e-arc of this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
This is a teen devotional book for christian girls. It has 101 different devotionals they go
through in this book and then at the end of each devotional has a bible verse and questions
to answer at the end. I truly enjoyed reading this book and answering all the question each
devotional has. It really helped me and I loved each verse and note from one of the authors
at the end! I highlighted and made notes everywhere! I couldn’t had asked for a better
devotional to read. The whole book didn’t just focus on one topic which was really nice
because you could pick which ever topic you wanted to read about on whatever day in
whatever order you wanted. All teen girls will love this book and it will most certainly help
them with their walk in christ. Make sure you go and buy this book, you will not regret it!
It really gives good advice and makes you think! You can buy it almost anywhere where
most book/e-books are sold!

My Review:
This book. AHH! I loved it so much! I didn't think I would really like it when I first picked it up,
but this actually might be my favorite read I've read all year. I could not put this book down!
There was so much action, with the right amount of romance. I love Kate Quinn! She was
such a fun, strong, bold, and a little bit rebellious character! I loved Meg as well, Kate's
stepmom. It was such an enjoyable read! Jenn Marie Thorne is a WONDERFUL writer and I
thank her for writing this book and getting me out of a reading slump! The cover is absolutely
gorgeous! The title is honestly what made me want to read this book. The wrong side of right.
It drew me in! This book was just completely honestly amazing. Andy Lawrence and Kate Quinn
was such an interesting cute relationship anyone would enjoy reading about. If anyone asks
me what book they should read, I'm definitely going to say this book! You won't be disappointed!
